Getting to know you is so important—it’s how I curate a trip that feels perfectly tailored to who you are. After you fill out the inquiry form, I’ll be in touch within 48 hours to schedule a complimentary discovery call. During this conversation, we’ll discuss what you’ve shared, discover what matters most to you when traveling, and review planning fees if they apply.

I’ll start curating your perfect trip and send you a detailed proposal with your ideal itinerary and hotel recommendations - complete with VIP perks wherever possible. This is where your travel dreams become real plans!

Step Two
Once you approve your proposal, I’ll handle all the bookings such as ground transportation, hotels, dining reservations, and adventures. About one month before departure, you’ll receive your finalized itinerary with all the details and contact information you might need while away. Your complete itinerary will be organized in a user-friendly travel app that I’ll help you set up. I’m also available for a 30 minute call to review everything in detail before your departure.

It’s travel time - this is the fun part! Your travel app serves as your complete travel companion with all contacts and information at your fingertips. I love seeing your travels so send me photos via email or tag me on social media.

For hotel bookings you’ll benefit from all my partnerships to get you room upgrades, complimentary breakfasts, and resort and spa credit that you simply can’t book by yourself online. While you’re dreaming about your trip, I’m handling all the details - from research to reservations.
